Option 1: Use the postage-paid return label (You receive this by emailing sales@krooluhv.com)
• Complete the return form and include it with your return
• Affix the return label to your box
• Leave your package where you normally leave outgoing mail or take it to your local post office
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Return tracking information will be available up to three days after mailing. You will receive an email once your return is processed.
If you have lost or misplaced your return label, print a new one using your order number and billing zip code. If you need further assistance, please call us at email us at sales@krooluhv.com
Option 2: Pay the return postage yourself
The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:
