As a KROOLUHV Member, you can easily check the status of your order by signing in to your profile and heading to your order history. You also can download or open the KROOLUHV App to track your order.

Once your order has shipped, you can see which carrier is delivering your packages and track shipments along the way. Here’s how:

• Go to your orders page.
• Tap the specific item within the order you want to track.
• Tap the “Track Shipment” button to see the estimated delivery date along with the carrier delivering it and the tracking number.
